Return Policy

Returns and exchanges include all Anajda products.

- All our products are subject to the return and exchange policy without exception, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined on this page.

- Returns or exchanges are allowed if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase, sealed in its original packaging, and has never been used or opened.

- A return request must be submitted within seven (7) days from the date of receipt. No requests will be considered after this period.

- Please contact customer service via WhatsApp here or by email at Contact@anajda.com or through the help center to request a return or exchange.

- In case of a return or exchange request, please take a photo of the product and send it via WhatsApp, along with the buyer's name and address.

- The product will be replaced with another one free of charge if there is a manufacturing defect, malfunction, or if it is non-functional, as per the agreement stated in the product advertisement and product page.

The full amount will be refunded to the customer if the product received is entirely different from the description on our page or advertisement. We are not responsible for any expectations regarding the use of the products that are not mentioned on the product display page.

We will send the product to the agreed location (city, neighborhood, home, or other place), and payment will be made upon delivery.
